My Nighttime Skin Regimen
I have said it many times that paying attention to your skin, particularly as you age, is so important. And what you put on your face at night is just as important as what you put on it during the day. I really try to focus on hydrating my skin well, especially because my skin runs on the dry side. I also have to be really careful about what products I use, as my skin is extremely sensitive. Strivectin is a company that strives to create the most high-performance skincare and haircare solutions to ulitmately deliver clinically proven results. I have been so impressed with the great results I obtained when using the Strivectin TL Advanced Neck Tightening Cream Plus (seen in this post). Because of this I was excited to try some of Strivectin’s newer products, and incorporate them into my nighttime skin regimen. My skincare regimen centers around using a good cleanser, moisturizer and retinol. Read further to learn about how I incorporate each of these products into my routine.
Strivectin Multi-Action Moisture Matrix Melting Cleanser
My nighttime regimen begins with cleansing my face. It is essential to remove dirt, makeup, and grime at the end of the day. I start with a simple makeup removing wipe to remove my mascara and lipstick (though this isn’t necessary, just my preference). After removing my makeup, I wash my face with Strivectin Multi-Action Moisture Matrix Melting Cleanser. This is no ordinary cleanser. Typical cleansers will clean your face, but they strip the skin of vital moisturizers and leave your skin with an uncomfortable dry feeling. The Moisture Matrix Melting Cleanser works to clean your face using a blend of super-oils (marula, avocado, sweet almond and grapeseed). Dandelion Leaf Extract neutralizes environmental stressors for more radiant skin. Rice Bran & Sunflower Extracts work to soothe and nourish the skin. And Strivectin’s patented NIA-114™ strengthens the skin barrier & helps to make the other ingredients work even better.
Strivectin Multi-Action Restorative Skin Firming Cream
A good moisturizer for your face is extremely important, and even more so during the winter months. Strivectin Multi-Action Restorative Skin Firming Cream revitalizes the skin, and it supports natural collagen and while promoting firmness and elasticity. This award-winning cream works to address the 12 key signs of aging: fine lines, wrinkles, density, firmness, sagging, texture, dehydration, dullness, discoloration, clarity, resilience, enlarged pores. And this cream replenishes and strengthens the moisture barrier to diminish water loss.
I am completely amazed by this product! My sensitive skin is always prone to hyper pigmentation and breakouts. This cream has seriously helped to diminish fine lines without making my skin feel greasy. And since using this product I have noticed that breakouts are kept away and my skin tone has never looked better!
Strivectin Intensive Eye Cream for Wrinkles
The skin around the eye is different from the rest of the skin on your face. The skin around the eyes has less fatty tissue, collagen and oil glands. The first signs of aging often appear around the eyes, as fine lines, crow’s feet, and loose skin. I have definitely noticed this more than anywhere else on my face as I have gotten older. So I was happy to find the Strivectin Intensive Eye Cream to address these issues. Similar to the Strivectin TL Advanced Neck Tightening Cream Plus, this innovative eye cream works to visibly reduce the look of all types of lines around the eyes, including crow’s feet, squint lines and deep-set wrinkles.
In the short time I have been using this eye cream, I can already tell that fine lines and crow’s feet are minimized! It works great for puffiness and dark circles too. This product goes on light and silky, and it does not irritate my sensitive skin. I like it so well I use it morning and night. I am so glad I found this product, and I will definitely keep using it!
Strivectin S.T.A.R. Light™ Retinol Night Oil
When it comes to reducing wrinkles and fine lines, retinol is the gold standard. I have been using retinol products since I turned 40, and they are an essential part of my nighttime routine. Retinols however are notorious for drying and irritating the skin, and for this reason the have to be used judiciously. Strivectin S.T.A.R. Light™ Retinol Night Oil contains biomimetic retinol, which means it is derived from natural origins and plant extracts. Because it comes from natural sources it tends to have less of the side effects of retinol like skin irritation. This night oil also contains squalene and chia seed oils to moisturizes and replenish the skin with essential fatty acids. Powerful antioxidants work to soothe and protect dry skin. And this retinol oil also contains Strivectin’s patented NIA-114™ molecule to help limit sensitivity to retinol, making it suitable for all skin types.
I really like this retinol product. It is much less drying and irritating than other retinols I have used. This lightweight oil absorbs into the skin easily without feeling greasy. And I am already amazed at how well it works to minimize fine lines and wrinkles!

I’ve never heard of this brand or these products, but they all sound fab! Especially the non-moisture-stripping cleanser with all those great natural products!!!
These sound great – I’m always looking for new face products to try out, particularly as my skin is changing so much as I get older…
Thank you Kate!
I have been focusing on what I put on at night, too. I also have dry sensitive skin so have to be careful. This sounds like a great option that I may need to try.
Hi April! This is a brand I am interested in trying! Thank you for highlighting it and I have my eyes on Retinal Night Oil.

Definitely going to check this brand out. I am prone to hyper pigmentation and breakouts and it’s been hard finding something to balance that!
Oh this sounds so great! I am always looking for products to add to my routine
These sound like such great products! I have been loving overnight facemasks lately in addition to my night cream! Good skincare is key to healthy skin
This is pretty nice, indeed, we need to be careful with what we put on our face and body.
I have to find out if this is available in Canada, so I can try it out. I’m at that point where my skin is starting to age and I need the retinol… stat!
I have never heard of this line of products before. thank you for sharing your results with us!
I love your robe, it’s so elegant! For me night routines are the most important ones and skicare 101 dictates that we pay extra attention to the products we use at night as the cells repair themselves while we sleep. I will be trying the night list trio, I’m so excited to give it a go!
I think it is so important to develop a beauty routine and stick to it. I really love yours.
As I age, I notice my skin getting more sensitive. These products look like they’d be perfect for me!
I love that it doesn’t leave your skin greasy! I’ve never heard of this brand, but I will be looking into it.
I have always stayed away from using a moisturizer at night because I just can’t go over the typical greasiness that comes with most products on the market. Seems like the Strivectin multi-action cream might change that! Looking forward to giving this whole line a try!
The face cream looks very attractive, but I have been using Neutriherbs face cream. It uses natural formula and materials that are very friendly to the skin. I am not sure whether my skin can adapt to it
The article is great. To maintain healthy skin, you must not only follow the correct daily skin care routine, but also choose skin care products that suit your skin. Neutriherbs skin care products are my favorite. They use natural formulas and environmentally friendly materials. There is no Stimulate, but also nourish the skin very well, the focus is on all types of skin.
